Grand Opening of San Antonio Vista Apartments , a 75-unit affordable housing community in the city of Montclair . The development will be home to families earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) for San Bernardino County , currently $59,200 for a family of four. Rents are restricted with the goal of keeping payments affordable at approximately 30% of AMI. Rents will range from approximately $328–$836 depending on income and family size.

Who:

Scheduled to speak are city of Montclair Mayor Paul Eaton , county of San Bernardino Supervisor Gary Ovitt , and National CORE representatives . Other city elected officials are expected to attend. National CORE, a nonprofit developer and property manager located in Rancho Cucamonga , is the developer, general contractor, and property manager. In partnership with the Montclair Community Collaborative and Hope Through Housing , after-school programs will be available to children at the site. At the event Southern California Edison will present Hope Through Housing with a $10,000 check for after-school programming.
