Located in the heart of San Bernardino, Crestview Terrace is the third phase of a RAD housing conversion within the larger Arrowhead Grove Neighborhood Revitalization. Building on the success of previous phases Valencia Vista and Olive Meadow, Crestview Terrace transforms the 1940s public housing site into a high-quality affordable community, offering housing options for the local workforce, bringing increased investment to the region, and serving as a catalyst for economic growth for the surrounding community.

Developed in partnership between National CORE & the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB), Crestview Terrace provides 184 apartment homes for individuals and families with household income qualifying maximums at various set-asides ranging from 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Crestview Terrace is the first phase in the Arrowhead Grove Neighborhood to offer market-rate units in addition to affordable homes. As a LEED Gold certified development, Crestview Terrace continues National CORE’s commitment to sustainable development and utilizes renewable energy sources to offset one-third of the total site energy, creating a carbon-neutral community.

Additional partnerships with CommonSpirit Health, Loma Linda University Health, San Bernardino Unified School District, and many others have allowed National CORE & the HACSB to build “a complete community” at Crestview Terrace, one that supports educational attainment, economic mobility, and improved health.
