This transit-oriented community is funded in part by California’s Transformative Climate Community program and is an integral part of the City’s plan to demonstrate a sustainable community. The development will be built using cost-efficient technologies and innovative approaches to prepare for a world of autonomous vehicles, bike- and pedestrian-friendly communities that encourage healthier lifestyles and reduce pollution. This sustainable development will reduce the carbon footprint and improve the quality of life for the community as a whole.
