Hope through Housing manages a Family Opportunity Center at Alta Vista, utilizing a bundled service model that brings local nonprofit partners East LA Community Corporation (ELACC) and Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) on site to provide economic mobility programs to residents and their businesses.
