Crestview Terrace

Crestview Terrace is the third phase of a RAD housing conversion within the larger Arrowhead Grove Neighborhood Revitalization and builds on the success of previous phases, Valencia Vista and Olive Meadow, transforming the 1940s public housing site into high-quality affordable workforce housing, bringing investment to the region and serving as a catalyst for economic growth and community transformation.

Located in the heart of San Bernardino, Crestview Terrace will provide 184 apartment homes for individuals and families with incomes less than 30% of the area median income. Crestview Terrace will be our first phase to offer market-rate units. A LEED certified development, Crestview Terrace continues National CORE’s commitment to sustainable development and will utilize renewable energy sources to offset one-third of the total site energy, creating a carbon-neutral community.

Partnerships with Dignity Health, Loma Linda University Health, San Bernardino Unified School District, and many others will allow National CORE to build “a complete community” that supports educational attainment, economic mobility, and improved health.
