This beautiful community along the Pacific Electric Trail features 131 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom apartment homes for seniors, ages 62 and better, making between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income, with one additional unit set-aside for the onsite manager. The community’s location is ideal for seniors, within walking distance of the Day Creek Marketplace and the Estate Winery Marketplace providing residents access to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and other local businesses.

Amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor lounges and fireplaces, and a community center to serve as a hub for resident activities.
