Little Lake Village Apartments transformed an abandoned industrial center into 144 award-winning one and two bedroom apartment homes for seniors. The community features a beautiful peacock fountain, created by the renowned Mission Tile, and a bronze statue of a man and woman dancing called “The Promenade,” by artist Gary Alsum, both of which were provided through the City of Santa Fe Springs’ Art in Public Places program.
