The 327 Harbor Apartments, a beautiful new affordable housing community in the heart of San Pedro in the City of Los Angeles, will offer 47 affordable apartment homes for individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income (AMI).

The community is being developed by the One San Pedro Collaborative, a partnership between National CORE, Century Housing, the Richman Group and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.

The 327 Harbor Apartments will be a sustainable, energy-efficient building that will achieve LEED certification and utilize solar power to reduce utility costs for residents. Amenities will include a community room, landscaped courtyard with seating, a children’s play area, fitness room and supportive service offices.

The 327 Harbor Apartments is the first off-site phase of development allowing for the redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro, an aging 1940s era public housing site. The redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro into One San Pedro, a modern mixed-income, mixed-use community will feature a variety of housing types, community parks, neighborhood serving retail stores, and improved pedestrian and bicycle mobility.

Anticipated Completion Date: Fall 2026

The application and eligibility process will commence approximately four months prior to the completion of construction. Applications will not be taken, and no names or other information will be collected for any waitlist or qualification process until the leasing process is commenced.
