Brookview Senior Villas

Brookview Senior Villas, which was co-developed by the San Diego Community Housing Corporation, was designed with a focus on serving Fallbrook’s senior population, ages 62 or better. The community will include 12 apartment homes for seniors who have experienced homelessness or were at risk of experiencing homelessness. All apartments will be adaptable to meet mobility requirements.
Brookview Senior Villas will be constructed to complement Fallbrook’s neighborhood aesthetic, placing a strong emphasis on walkability to serve the target population. Residents will have access to walking paths and elevators for ease of movement. The community will also feature drought-tolerant landscaping, a rooftop solar panel system, low-flow plumbing fixtures and high-efficiency lighting, HVAC and appliances. Residents will enjoy a 2,066 square-foot community space, patio areas, community gardens and a bocce ball court.

The application and eligibility process will commence approximately four months prior to the completion of construction. Applications will not be taken and no names or other information will be collected for any waitlist or qualification process until the leasing process has commenced.
