National CORE’s second project done in partnership with the City of Corona, Corona de Oro was completely rehabilitated in 2001 to provide a new 30-year life to the structures. Improvements included site reconfiguration, security gates, a new pool and playground, refurbished garages, new landscaping, new laundry facilities, and the addition of third bedrooms to 22 of the units to accommodate the larger families that live there.

Social Services

After School and Beyond, HOPE’s signature afterschool program, helps children in grades K-8 complete their homework, improve reading skills, build selfconfidence, and develop social skills.
