Las Dahlias Apartments is a vibrant transit-oriented development offering 78 affordable apartment homes in the heart of East Los Angeles for individuals and families with household income qualifying maximums at various set asides ranging from 30% to 60% of the applicable area median income (AMI). Thirty-nine of the apartment homes serve individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Las Dahlias Apartments are conveniently located along the Metro E line, connecting residents to job opportunities in downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.

This stunning community provides a mix of floor plans and an array of onsite amenities, including programs and services provided by the Hope through Housing Foundation and community partners. The development’s design complements the surrounding neighborhood and includes a stunning mural that pays tribute to the heritage and culture of East Los Angeles. Residents of Las Dahlias Apartments have access to a new community center, a pocket park, rooftop verandas and forecourt plaza. 

In addition, National CORE invested $9.4 million in grant dollars to improve bike paths, walkways, bus stops and to add 10 eco-friendly buses to the region.

At Las Dahlias Apartments, PATH will provide individualized case management and crisis intervention services designed to assist residents in maintaining stable housing and developing independent living skills.
