Paseo del Oro
432 W. Mission Road • San Marcos, California 92069
Once home to two severely blighted strip malls and a gas station dating to the late 1950s, Paseo del Oro revitalized the area with 120 units of multi-family, mixed-income housing and 23,000 square feet of retail space. Most of the existing commercial tenants were ultimately relocated, at below market rents, to new retail space within Paseo del Oro, retaining and enhancing badly needed neighborhood shopping opportunities.
