Online Application Instructions
- Click on “Apply Online Here” button above. This will take you to the RENTCafé page for Pioneer Village.
- Once on the Pioneer Village page, click on “Applicant Login” to reach the Online Lease Page.
- From the Online Lease Page, click on “Register Now”. Username and password is not needed to start your application.
- Click on “I want to apply to this property”.
- Click on “I do not have a registration code”.
- Follow the prompts to complete the application.
- You must complete the application to its entirely. The progress bar will show 100% once the application is ready for submission.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the application process has been completed. The email will indicate that your application has been sent to the property manager for review.
Should there be any issues with the site, please refresh your screen periodically or log in at a different time. Due to a high volume of interest, the system may go down temporarily. All applications will be equally considered regardless of submission date/time.

How the Process Works
• Applications accepted online only at the link above.
• Only one application per household will be accepted.
• Applicants submitting duplicate applications will be disqualified.
• An applicant may only apply as part of 1 household.
• Applicants will be notified of status by email after the application period closes.
• Complete applications will be entered into a lottery.
• 100 applicants will be selected to move forward.
Do not pay anyone to apply. This application is free. Assistance is available via the contact information listed.

• Unit availability is subject to change. Not all selected applicants will be offered a unit.

Pioneer Village will be a new affordable housing community in Glendale, California, developed by National CORE and Linc Housing. This development will provide 340 high-quality apartment homes for individuals, families and seniors earning no more than 80 percent of the area median income. Of the 340 homes, 92 will be reserved for seniors ages 62 and older; 12 homes will be designated for Developmentally Disabled individuals, with referrals provided directly through Modern Support, a mental health services provider; 233 homes will serve low-income families and individuals; and three homes will be reserved for onsite management.
Residents of Pioneer Village will be conveniently located within walking distance of Fremont Park and the Glendale Beeline Bus Route 5 stop at Doran/Pacific. The community is also within a one-mile radius of the Glendale Central Library, Glendale Family Medical Center, grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Onsite services will be provided through Linc Housing’s resident services team. Additional onsite amenities will include service-enriched community centers, private offices, outdoor recreational and gathering space, roof decks, barbecue areas and laundry facilities.

Anticipated Completion Date: Winter 2025
The application and eligibility process will commence approximately four months prior to the completion of construction. Applications will not be taken, and no names or other information will be collected for any waitlist or qualification process until the leasing process is commenced.

Information about the Services Provider
Linc’s resident services division helps families improve household stability and their quality-of-life by addressing social, educational, financial, and healthcare needs through direct services and partnerships with community agencies. Resident services coordinators (RSCs) provide individualized support to help residents maintain housing stability and achieve personal goals. RSCs at Linc’s new properties build strong relationships with residents and identify program needs to best support them. Activities include: after-school and summer programs for youth, health classes, job skills support, financial empowerment workshops, community-building events, and outings that help residents stay connected to their communities. Linc builds upon our residents’ own strengths and in so doing builds stronger communities.
