The community features an exercise room, computer lab and swimming pool, and is located on Riverside’s historic Mission Blvd., close to retail, parks and public transportation.

HOPE’s Connections to Care program ensures that seniors have basic needs met, continue to exercise their mind and body, and remain socially connected

Programs Offered

  • Care Managers work one-on-one with residents
  • Monthly social activities
  • “Dignity Grocery Store,” Emergency Food Vouchers, and “Veggie Bingo” ensure residents receive nutritious fruits, vegetables and staples
  • Computer literacy instruction

Impact on Participants

  • Bilingual, culturally-sensitive Care Managers educate non-English speaking residents about resources and help them navigate complicated systems to receive the care and benefits they need
  • HOPE’s “Dignity Grocery Stores” helped over 900 food insecure seniors monthly across all properties last year
