Rose Creek Village will be a vibrant affordable housing community in Pacific Beach, California, serving residents earning 30% to 60% of the area median income (AMI). Of the 60 studio apartment homes available, 18 apartments will be set aside as permanent supportive housing for veterans who have experienced homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless.
Developed by National CORE and the San Diego Community Housing Corporation, Rose Creek Village offers unbeatable convenience, located just minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, banks and more. Scenic walking paths lead to a beach boardwalk, Pacific Beach Library and a recreation center, creating the perfect setting for residents who enjoy staying active, connected and independent.
The Hope through Housing Foundation, the County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other partners will provide services for all residents.
