Agoura Hills Workforce Housing will provide 54 homes for working families in a beautiful four-story community to help meet needs identified in the city’s Housing Element and the Agoura Village Specific Plan. The 1.18-acre affordable housing community is nestled amid rich community amenities, including a public park, library, grocery store, high school, health care and services, and offers views of the beautiful countryside. The property will serve individuals earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income (AMI), with a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. The community will feature a 2,800-square-foot community center, a courtyard with a children’s play area, a barbecue and picnic area, fitness room, enclosed dog run and onsite laundry. Resident services will be provided by the Hope through Housing Foundation.
