Alder Square will be a high-quality affordable housing community for low-income families in San Bernardino, which is experiencing an era of rapid growth and investment. The community will offer 91 apartment homes to individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income (AMI) and one apartment for an onsite manager. It will include 14 mobility-accessible apartments and 10 hearing-accessible apartments.
Developed through a partnership between National CORE and the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, Alder Square will join Crestview Terrace, Olive Meadows and Valencia Vista as Phase IV of Arrowhead Grove.
Residents will have access to a host of amazing amenities including a pool, picnic area, children’s play area, community garden, dog run area, bicycle storage and an outdoor space for recreational games and seating.
