Amanda Villas will be a high-quality affordable housing community for low-income seniors. Developed through a partnership between National CORE and Prima Development, Amanda Villas was created to combat the scarcity of affordable housing in Los Angeles by providing seniors with a space to age in place and preserve their quality of life. It offers 140 apartment homes for seniors earning below 50% of the area median income.

Residents will have access to a lovely rooftop terrace, outdoor central courtyard, reserved gated parking and a community room with kitchen.

The ground floor of the development will feature a state-of-the-art health center, which will provide comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services to all Amanda Villas residents and residents of the surrounding area.

Hope through Housing concentrates on direct services, partnerships and other resources right in the neighborhoods that need them most. Their goal is to see all people thrive – whether that means helping children to do well in school, improving families’ financial situations, providing supportive services to individuals with special needs or making it possible for seniors to age with dignity in their own homes. 

Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse

The Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol & Drug Abuse (L.A. CADA) provides integrated behavioral health services in Los Angeles County. Founded in 1971, it is one of the largest providers in the County for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders, with a full continuum of care, and employing a multi-disciplinary team of medical, clinical and counseling professionals.

Anticipated Completion Date: Winter 2027

The application and eligibility process will commence approximately four months prior to the completion of construction. Applications will not be taken, and no names or other information will be collected for any waitlist or qualification process until the leasing process is commenced.
