Oak View Ranch Senior Apartments will provide 81 beautiful new apartment homes to Murrieta seniors, ages 62 or better, who earn between 30% and 60% of the area median income (AMI). Forty apartment homes will be reserved as permanent supportive housing for seniors who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.

Located near Murrieta’s town square, library, schools, parks and retail shops, Oak View Ranch Senior Apartments will feature pedestrian paseos that integrate the development into the downtown area for easy walking.

Residents will have access to onsite amenities at the neighboring Oak View Ranch Family Apartments as well as an outdoor courtyard, swimming pool, sport court and community garden with bocce courts, vegetable beds and picnic tables.
