Oasis Apartments is a beautiful housing community, located less than five miles from the sparkling shores of California’s historic Huntington Beach. Built as a motel in 1990, the property has been extensively renovated by National CORE into 62 studio apartments for individuals and families who have faced homelessness.  

Apartments feature updated kitchens with all electric appliances and new vinyl flooring. Community renovations include stucco repair and a beautified courtyard with seating areas, a dog run and barbecues.  

The ground floor features a 2,000-square-foot community room, which includes resident services space, lounge areas, a computer nook and leasing offices.  

Co-owner and co-developer American Family Housing provides services to help residents maintain housing stability.
