CORE Academy
Hope through Housing and National CORE strive to transform lives and communities by utilizing affordable housing as a platform for elevating the health, wellbeing and self-sufficiency of low-income individuals and families. Central to this mission is connecting residents with the tools and guidance to develop living-wage careers.
To address the growing need for talent in the property management industry, CORE Academy equips individuals with no experience in property management with the training and skills to fill these positions. CORE Academy provides a pathway to a successful career in property management through a Property Management and Leasing Certificate program offered through a partnership with Chaffey College.
Applying National CORE’s 30 years of experience in the industry, CORE Academy bridges the gap of knowledge and experience, offering entry-level courses addressing an array of topics key to entering the growing field of apartment property maintenance. CORE Academy plans to expand to include new career paths and resources.
