Information about the Services Provider

Linc’s resident services division helps families improve household stability and their quality-of-life by addressing social, educational, financial, and healthcare needs through direct services and partnerships with community agencies. Resident services coordinators (RSCs) provide individualized support to help residents maintain housing stability and achieve personal goals. RSCs at Linc’s new properties build strong relationships with residents and identify program needs to best support them. Activities include: after-school and summer programs for youth, health classes, job skills support, financial empowerment workshops, community-building events, and outings that help residents stay connected to their communities. Linc builds upon our residents’ own strengths and in so doing builds stronger communities.
