Mountain View is a beautiful new affordable housing community, providing 71 high-quality apartment homes to individuals and families in Lake Forest, California. Mountain View offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes to individuals and families with household income qualifying maximums ranging from 30% to 60% of the area median income (AMI). Eight units are reserved for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness or who were at risk of becoming homeless.

Residents have access to onsite amenities such as laundry facilities, a beautiful courtyard featuring outdoor fireplaces, leisure areas and a playground. A community center serves as the hub for activities and services for residents and the neighborhood at large. High-quality wraparound supportive services are offered onsite to residents who have experienced homelessness.
