Information about the Service Provider

The Hope through Housing Foundation’s goal is to see residents thrive – whether that means helping children do well in school, improving families’ financial situations, providing supportive services to individuals with special needs or making it possible for seniors to age with dignity in their own homes. At Santa Fe Senior Village, Hope through Housing provides senior residents with onsite services and programs that connect them to their community, meet their basic needs and maintain their physical and mental health. In addition, partnerships with County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services (and their associated contracted agencies), multiple community PACE providers and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs will equip residents with the tools and resources to achieve long-term housing stability. Residents will receive access to case management, care coordination, employment development and social engagement activities.
