National CORE Senior VP Named to Affordable Housing Finance Magazine’s 2025 Young Leaders List
Courtney Richard, National CORE’s senior vice president of property management, has been named to Affordable Housing Finance Magazine’s prestigious Young Leaders list, which recognizes rising stars under 40 in affordable housing development, management or finance.
Richard, who joined National CORE in 2012, oversees property management for about 110 properties with 11,000 apartments in California, Texas and Florida. Richard’s team directly manages 9,300 of those apartments.
