Set beside a majestic 100-year-old oak tree, National CORE’s Oak View Ranch community delivers 119 apartments as the first phase of a 200-home multigenerational community, anchored by a transformative Boys & Girls Club that will serve youths throughout the neighborhood.

Partners, city, county and company leaders gathered Oct. 1 to celebrate the opening of the first phase of the 200-home community as well as a groundbreaking for construction of the second phase.
