National CORE and the San Diego Community Housing Corporation (SDCHC) celebrated a groundbreaking July 30 for Brookview Senior Villas, a 61-apartment affordable housing community that will provide homes for extremely low-income seniors in Fallbrook.
Elected officials, partners and residents marked the occasion for Brookview Senior Villas, which will be a stunning three-story community serving Fallbrook’s seniors, ages 62 or better, with 61 apartments, including 56 one-bedroom apartments, four two-bedroom apartments and one manager’s apartment.
