HavenCORE, National CORE’s property management division, is excited to continue its expansion by welcoming more than 1,300 apartment homes thanks to partnerships with Self-Help Enterprises (SHE) and RMG Housing.
SHE, a respected nonprofit community development organization, has a long history of providing affordable housing and improving communities throughout California’s San Joaquin Valley. The partnership will bring 1,060 apartment homes under HavenCORE management.
RMG Housing, a California-based developer and owner focused on creating high-quality affordable, workforce and Supportive Housing, will contribute more than 250 apartment homes.
“This is another huge step for HavenCORE as we continue to establish ourselves as a premier third-party property management firm – bringing the best in management services to each new partner with work with,” HavenCORE Senior Vice President Courtney Richard said.
With the addition of SHE and RMH Housings portfolios, HavenCORE now manages more than 17,000 apartment homes at over 200 properties across the United States, including nearly 10,000 at 103 properties owned by National CORE.
HavenCORE also provides property management services for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, the Palm Desert Housing Authority, the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) and the City of Rancho Mirage Housing Authority.
HavenCORE is slated to start managing the SHE and RMG Housing communities in 2027.
