We are thrilled to announce that National CORE has once again been ranked among the top 10 nonprofit affordable housing developers and owners in the nation by Affordable Housing Finance Magazine. This remarkable achievement reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to creating, managing, and providing services for some of our most vulnerable populations.
The 2023 rankings, announced on May 29, place National CORE at No. 7 among developers and No. 10 among owners. This recognition is a testament to our collective effort to create communities that transform the lives of our residents through a powerful mix of beautiful, stable housing, best-in-class property management, and comprehensive services.
In 2024, we will complete 544 apartments and start construction on 295 more, including 76 units as part of the renovation of our Villa Serena community in San Marcos. These projects exemplify our dedication to expanding access to affordable housing and improving the quality of life for our residents.
