National CORE has officially launched HavenCORE, a bold new brand identity for our rapidly expanding Property Management division – signaling a transformational leap in the organization’s three decades of industry-leading, resident-centered service.

In about one year, HavenCORE has soared to success, adding more than 5,000 apartments – one of the most ambitious expansions in the affordable housing sector today.

With its combined portfolio, HavenCORE now oversees nearly 15,000 apartment homes at more than 200 communities across California and Texas, including 100 communities owned by National CORE. The enterprise is attracting cities, housing authorities and nonprofit and for-profit developers seeking a management partner that delivers exceptional performance with peerless resident care.
